Kinepolis Expands in the U.S. with $105 Million Acquisition of Emagine Entertainment

Belgian exhibition group Kinepolis has announced the acquisition of Emagine Entertainment, a U.S.-based cinema chain, marking the company’s first major purchase since the pandemic.

The $105 million deal, revealed on November 4, is expected to close by the end of 2025.
