Box Office Bloodbath: October 2025 Marks One of Hollywood’s Worst Months in Decades

The U.S. box office just suffered one of its bleakest Octobers in nearly 30 years.

According to Box Office Mojo, total ticket sales reached only $305 million, down sharply from $463 million in October 2024 — making it the weakest month since the late 1990s, excluding pandemic years.
